Requires a reliable professional for the following position :
Key Account Manager
Karawang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
Develop and continuously review sales strategy in modern trade channel to ensure all sales objectives are achieved (national chain, local chain and specialty channel)
Negotiate trading terms and conduct regular business review on sales performance, consistency of product presence, effectiveness of promotionalprograms and service levelevaluation
Develop optimal integrated sales and promotional activites to maximize busines growth in all accounts and manage promo investments
Handle new product listing process and keep exisiting product listed
Monitor and manage merchandising team to ensure product display and availability
Support trade marketing to customize SKU for each account according to shopper behavior observation
Build good relationship with modern trade customers
Requirements:
- Male/Female, Max. 38years old
- PreferablyS1 from any major
- Preferably 5yearsin Distribution Modern Trade FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or Modern Trade Outlet
- Good computer literate (MS Office)
- Good negotiation skills
- Having ability to communicate in English
